Kintamani Highlands, Bali — Known for its fertile volcanic soil and cool climate, the Kintamani Highlands produce coffees with balanced acidity and complex flavors that are unique to this high-altitude, volcanic region.

This blend is certified organic — ensuring the coffee is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.

Hand-Picked, Wet-Hulled, Two-Step Sun-Dried.

Wet-hulling, a traditional Indonesian process, removes the outer skin and parchment layer while the bean is still moist. The beans are then sun-dried in two stages on raised beds to achieve the ideal moisture level.

This unique process gives the coffee a distinct earthy sweetness and a smooth, clean finish, balancing the bold notes of chocolate and molasses with fruity highlights from the orange peel.

This mix includes Bourbon and Typica for sweetness and body, S795 and USDA 762 for disease resistance, and Catimor for a balanced profile with added resilience.

This variety combination enhances the coffee’s smooth body and complex flavor profile, with each varietal contributing to the overall balance of sweetness, acidity, and richness.
